We reserve the right to refuse any application that is deemed unacceptable to the public morals or welfare.  Political and religious vendors are not permitted to participate.  No refunds will be given.  Any Food and/or Beverage Vendors must supply a copy of the proper permits from the Wharton/Mt Olive Health Department.
